Hello! We are BigRipCards.com. My name is Mario. We are an online card shop where you can purchase booster packs to be opened live on our Twitch Stream. Our current stream schedule will be posted on the banner of our website’s home page!

What is a “Rip N’ Ship” or a “Personal Opening?”

When you purchase a Rip N’ Ship “used to be called personal openings,” you are paying to have your booster packs opened on stream for you to view live.

Viewers get their packs opened on a first come, first served basis. Each new order will be added to the queue. Secure a spot early in the queue by placing your order(s) early in the week!

Why should I trust you?

Since November 2016, we have shipped to thousands of customers worldwide. Our brand stands as reputable, reliable, and professional in the hobby when it comes to the service we provide our customers.

How much does shipping cost?

Currently, we charge a flat shipping fee PER STREAM.
- US Shipping: $4.00
- International: $16.00

Can you hold my orders?

Due to limited storage space, and to ensure that you receive all orders in a timely manner, we are choosing not to hold customers’ orders for prolonged periods of time. This decision was also made to protect us as a business from fraudulent claims.

When will I get my cards?

All orders will be shipped the following business day. Currently, we plan on streaming Saturdays, which means your package will be on it’s way to you by Monday! Transit time varies depending on your location and the postal service.

Do you have any Giveaways?

We will absolutely be hosting Giveaways for our viewers and customers! So make sure to pick up some packs from the store, Subscribe to our Twitch Channel, and you might end up being our next winner!

Can I get a refund?

It depends! If your order has not yet been opened on stream, we can issue you a refund. If any part of your order has been opened, then we can no longer issue a refund.

From time to time, an exception may occur, but that is solely up to the streamer to decide.
